🖼️ Profile picture via Google Drive

Paste a Google Drive share link for a photo. School Connect converts it to a direct-view URL automatically so the picture shows in the top bar, dashboard and report card header. Live preview appears below the input as you type.

📌 How to get a Drive share link: in Google Drive, right-click the photo → "Share" → "Anyone with the link" → "Viewer" → copy the link. The system auto-converts the share link to a direct-view image URL.

✍️ My teacher signature

If you are assigned as a class teacher, this signature and your profile name will appear on your class students’ report cards. Paste a transparent PNG/JPG or Google Drive share link. Only your own profile signature can be changed here.

Administrator: assign this person in Classes → Class teacher and ensure the Staff record is linked to this login account. Report cards resolve the assigned teacher automatically.
