Enter your account email, student admission number or staff number. If it matches an account, Supabase will email a secure recovery link. The school never sees your new password.

No email access? Contact the school administrator. For security, administrators should verify identity and use Supabase Authentication → Users → Send password recovery; they must not ask for or choose the user’s password.
